Our custom window screens are built using new, American-made materials—including screen mesh and aluminum frames. All components are sourced and assembled in the USA, made specifically to your order specifications. We offer a variety of screen frame options to suit different window styles and applications.
Frame Sizes & Color Options
We provide multiple frame sizes to accommodate a wide range of window types:
- Standard Sizes: 5/16" x ¾", 3/8" x ¾", 7/16" x ¾"
- Optional Sizes (by request): 5/16" x 1", 7/16" x 1", Lip flanged frames (2 styles)
Frame Color Options: White, Tan (Almond), Bronze, Black*, Champagne (Adobe), Mill (Silver)

How to Order Your Custom Window Screens
Every screen is made-to-order based on your exact selections—there are no "one-size-fits-all" solutions. Here’s how to ensure a successful order:

- • Choose hardware type and location using the live product configurator
- • Replicate existing screens when possible for best results

Hardware Types & Installation Notes
Leaf Tension Spring & Pull Tab
Our most common installation choice for standard screens.
Ram Horn Clips
Face-mounted clips for Single Hung Windows. Installed on top face and clip onto a downward-facing window flange.
Swivel Latch
Used on Single Hung Windows with horizontal slits at the top of the window frame. Blade rotates into the slit to secure.
Plunger Bolts
For Single Hung, Slider, Casement & Awning Windows. Requires holes in window frame for bolts to insert.
Butterfly / Slide Latch
Common with Pella & Andersen Casement Windows. Engages in vertical slits on window sides. Type may vary depending on inventory.
Wood Window Hardware
Includes top hangers, loop latches, and ball head screws for non-track wood windows.
