Custom products such as window screens and screen doors, during Spring & Summer months, please allow up to 10 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24hrs after the package is picked up by the courier to let you know your order is on the way!
Screen components such as frame, screen mesh, spline, and hardware will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Expect an email within 24hrs after the package is picked up by the courier to let you know your order is on the way!
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated and flat rate shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship within the continental United States only.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible atinfo@shadescreensolutions.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Custom Window Screens and Screen Doors (Sliding and Retractable):
All custom window screens and screen doors are non-refundable. These products are custom-made to the specifications provided by the customer and are not stock items.
Return Policy for Screen Components (Frame, Screen Mesh, Corners, Spline, and Hardware):
Requests for returns or refunds for screen components must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its entirety; partial returns will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a credit will be issued within two (2) to three (3) business days.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For items valued over seventy-five dollars ($75), it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Shade Screen Solutions does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
