The one issue I had was my error in measuring. The screen was made to my specifications. I am making it work but I did order a new one. Better communication after ordering would be nice. I had to reach out to find the status of my screen. There was a delay in materials but that was not conveyed to me until I reached out. It is a good product.

I had a stellar experience with shade screen solutions-for starters, they were wildly more affordable than any other company I could find, some of which the shipping was more than the screens themselves. My order arrived and there was an issue during transit (no fault of the company, just mishandled during shipping) and customer service told me I was welcome to use the ones I had received until my new ones arrived. When I went to install, I realized my measurements were just slightly off. I emailed customer service and they had the replacements altered to meet my needs.
