Because our window screens and screen doors (including sliding and retractable models) are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, they are considered final sale and are non-refundable. Unlike stock items, these products are built specifically for your home and cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged Items:
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To process a claim, email us at info@shadescreensolutions.com with photos of both the damaged product and the original packaging. Reports made after this 72-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

1. Eligibility & Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To receive a refund, components must be returned in their entirety; we are unable to accept partial returns.
2. Refund Details
Refunds are issued for the cost of the materials only. Please note the following:

Original Shipping: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the material total of all returned items.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your credit (minus the restocking fee) will be issued within 2–3 business days.
3. Shipping Your Return
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping Protection: For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Liability: Shade Screen Solutions is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
