We were extremely pleased with our purchase. The rolling screen mechanism on our door failed and its replacement failed as well. So we purchased a pet-proof screen from Shade Solutions that we screwed over the opening. We can still move the top glass window up and down, but now we also have a strong screen in place that will keep our cats indoors and the raccoons outdoors. The communication with and service from this company were excellent. We would definitely purchase from them again.
